About the course
The Diploma in Music Business Management is a one-semester course that gives you a comprehensive insight into the dynamic landscape of the music industry. Through a combination of theory and practical work, you'll develop the knowledge and skills needed to navigate and create business opportunities in the industry.
With a hands-on learning-by-doing approach, you will have the opportunity to translate your knowledge into real-life scenarios through real-life projects and assignments taken directly from the music industry. During the course, you will be challenged to think strategically and innovatively about music industry business models, branding and entrepreneurship. There are no specific requirements for previous education, and the age limit is 16 years.

All of the instructors you will get to know during your training are producers/artists or other players in the music industry. In addition to your instructors having fresh experience from their own publishing companies, record labels and songwriting sessions, you will also receive several sharp leads already during the training, as well as meet a guest lecturer. This means you'll get commissions from a record label or artist, and the chance to get your songs signed and released before you've even finished your course.
