Withdrawals must be made in writing to AP Academy to be accepted, either by post or email. Cancellations received by AP Academy at least 30 days before the start of the course can be made without special reasons and at an administrative fee of 15% of the total course fee. A course or product purchased at a promotional price is not refundable in case of cancellation. Cancellations received by AP Academy 29 days before the start of the course or later can be made with valid reasons such as illness or acute emergencies that make studies impossible. A medical certificate or other certificate from an independent party must be attached. An investigation will be carried out if necessary. The student retains their place during the investigation. In case of approved withdrawal, an administrative fee (30% of the total course fee) plus the full course fee for the time the student has been enrolled as a student at the school must be paid. In case of withdrawal without valid reasons, full payment responsibility remains. Deferment to the next semester is possible subject to availability, at a fee of SEK 2,500. Postponement is only possible before the start of the course. In case of postponement, full payment responsibility remains even in case of a withdrawal. Cancellation without valid reasons after the start of the course does not affect the agreement on payment responsibility. The school decides whether there are valid reasons for withdrawal. Absence does not count as withdrawal.

A written cancellation is required in case of withdrawal. After the fee has been paid, the booking is binding. In case of illness / need to change time, this must be notified in writing no later than 24 hours before the booked time. Absence does not count as a cancellation.
