Notification

Registration for AP Academy courses, programs and training is binding. When you submit your registration and receive a confirmation e-mail to the address provided, the registration is considered binding. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail or post. See the section "Cancellation" for more information.

Private lesson

After submitting an expression of interest, we will contact you to book an appointment. When booking up to 10 hours, all hours must be booked within three months of the course fee being paid. For bookings of more than 10 hours, the booking must be made within six months. If the hours are not booked within the specified time frame, they are considered used up. In the event of illness or the need to change the time, this must be notified in writing at least 24 hours before the booked time. Absence does not count as a cancellation.

International programs

For our longer and more comprehensive international programmes, special conditions apply. Any discounts offered through promotions, such as "subscribe to news and get 10% off", do not apply to these programmes. The fee for the program can be paid in installments upon agreement, subject to an administrative fee. Participation in the program becomes binding once the participant has signed a separate agreement. The fee is then binding and non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant chooses to interrupt their studies before the end date of the program. If the participant chooses to discontinue studies before full payment has been made, the obligation to pay the full fee remains. In case of non-payment, AP Academy has the right to submit the case to debt collection or equivalent body in the country where the participant resides. The participant is responsible for all costs related to reminder fees, interest on late payments and collection according to applicable law. All communications relating to the program, including withdrawals or questions regarding payment and contracts, must be submitted in writing by email to info@apacademy.se.

Deregistration Courses

Withdrawals from courses must be made in writing to AP Academy to be accepted. A withdrawal received at least 30 days before the start of the course will incur an administrative fee of 15% of the total course fee. Cancellations received 29 days or more before the start of the course may be accepted for valid reasons, such as illness or other emergency, which must be documented. If the withdrawal is approved, a fee of 30% of the course fee will be charged, as well as the full course fee for the time the student was enrolled. Withdrawal without valid reasons entails full liability for payment. Postponement to a later semester is possible before the start of the course, subject to availability, for a fee of SEK 2,500. Full payment responsibility remains even in the event of postponement. Absence does not count as withdrawal.

Cancellation of private lesson

A written cancellation is required in case of withdrawal. After the fee has been paid, the booking is binding. In case of illness / need to change time, this must be notified in writing no later than 24 hours before the booked time. Absence does not count as a cancellation.

Relegation

In the event of inappropriate behavior, an investigation may be initiated and AP Academy reserves the right to expel the student. In the event of expulsion, all fees must be paid immediately.
