Games, sound, and real-world productions.
October 1st at AP Academy in Stockholm.
Game Audio Spotlight is the first event in a new series about games and game audio in Stockholm. We bring together developers, audio professionals, students, and people from the gaming industry to discuss real projects and real production stories.
TWO games in the spotlight, right into the sound:
TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES & RÄFWEN
Each issue of Spotlight highlights a few select games. We showcase gameplay, discuss creative and technical choices, and take a closer look at how the projects actually came to be, with a special focus on sound, music, and implementation.
Expect gameplay, behind-the-scenes stories, production challenges, and a closer look at the decisions that shaped the games.
The event also serves as a gathering place for the local industry. Developers, audio professionals, and other guests from the gaming sector will be in attendance throughout the evening, and time has been set aside for networking both before and after the presentations. Meeting people and striking up new conversations are just as much a part of the evening as the talk sessions.
